Sometimes the effect of climate or some other disorders can also become the cause of Asthma. |
Treatment
At first asthma patients should find out the measures to cleanse the bowel and respiratory tract. Patients are kept on fast for 1-2 days. Warm lemon water enema during fast is given on regular basis. After that liquid and fruits are gradually added in diet for some time and thereafter normal diet consisting of whole wheat bread and bottle gourd vegetables may be given.

Advise of regular brisk morning walk, deep breathing during walk and shun of intoxicants like Tobacco. Bidi. Cigarette, Pan Masala and Zarda etc.
In perturbed condition, if there is more cough then the patient must perform Kunjala (vomiting) immediately with lukewarm saline water. This act provides instantaneous relief by way of purging out excessive cough.
Asthma should be investigated with the help of some expert and treatment should be taken accordingly, if no benefit accrue from the above treatments. |
