The Magic touch of Naturopathy & Yoga...

Aroma Therapy

Today's way of life is often busy and sometimes stressful. We want to feel healthy and vibrant, and this means taking a little time to look after ourselves. An effective and pleasurable way of doing this is by using the purest essential oils from around the world or, if you prefer, authentic pre-blended aroma therapy oils and complementary cosmetic and toiletry products.

The use of essential oils (which are extracted from herbs, flowers, resin, woods and roots) in body and skin care treatments is known as aroma therapy. Used as a healing technique for thousands of years by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, essential oils aid in relaxation, improve circulation and help the healing of wounds.

Acupressure

Acupressure is one of the ancient and simplest oriental therapies. The popularity of Acupressure is increasing by leaps and bounds. Now a days Acupressure is mostly used as a means of curing a disease. But the Chinese give more importance to the "preventive aspect" of it. Now the World Health Organization too is paying due attention to acupressure and acupuncture. Acupressure is able to harmonize all internal organs and functions of the body. In Acupressure, the pressure is applied at specific points, thereby helping smooth flow of blocked, stagnant energy. The pressure is given near points where meridians of the body come near skin surface. These points are powerful points because they are located where the eight regulatory channels and the organ meridians cross.

This therapy is very helpful in "acute sinusitis, tonsillitis, bronchial asthma, pain in eyes, toothache, throat pain, hyperacidity, constipation, fatigue, migraine, paralysis, neuropathy, stiffness of shoulders, sciatica, back pain, spinal pain, neck pain, headache, nervous problems and hypertension.
