Shanku's Natural Health Centre reserves all rights regarding the admission of the treatment program. The centre may
refuse treatment to any person, for whatever reason, either before or during the treatment. If the treatment is
discontinued, the fees will be calculated according to the rules mentioned below. Changes in the booking dates &
cancellations are only possible in extreme circumstances and will be accepted at the discretion of the centre.

All treatment bookings are non-transferable and are applicable to the named person only. 

To notify the centre of any changes in the booking please inform the centre. You will be provided with a reference number for the change in booking. Please confirm the details of the changes in booking by email/fax, quoting the reference number given to you. The phone and fax numbers are as mentioned in the website.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Charges :

If the booking is cancelled / rescheduled before the starting date, the following conditions apply:

31 days prior to the date of arrival 20% of the booking fee will be deducted.
15 days prior to the date of arrival 60% of the booking fee will be deducted.
7 days prior to the date of arrival 90% of the booking fee will be deducted.
Less than 3 days in advance no refund will be given.

The above charges apply to the advance booking amount only. The date of arrival may be postponed for 1-2 days
informing the centre in advance  and receiving the confirmation of the revised date. No refund will be given for the
delayed period, if any.

The fees are calculated from the first day of the booking. If the person fails to arrive on the first day of the confirmed
booking without informing the centre in advance, the booking shall be deemed as cancelled and no refund or
adjustment will be possible.

Reduction In Duration Of Booking :

If the period of booking is reduced after treatment start, charge will be made for the amount of days for which the booking is done.
