Following a vertically integrated approach, the Centre has a competitive advantage since it has a total of around 350 acres of land where organic farming is done in-house. Around 75 cows are bred at the centre which has huge lawns and gardens as well as herbal plantation. It works on a model where all possible processes are taken care of in-house.
With more than 100 kinds of therapies and 21 cottages in Phase I & (expected) 80 in Phase II, it is one of the best equipped Centre. All these cottages are air-conditioned. The Centre also has a lake and a vast outdoor area for therapies like Mud Pool, Sand Pool & Whirlpool. Apart from these, several types of equipments like Steam Chamber, Vibro-Massager & Jacuzzi are also installed. The guests at the Centre get round-the-clock service and attention since the service staff is accommodated in-house.
